On the occasion of the fifth centenary of the death of Leonardo da Vinci, our company has decided to dedicate two low-reliefs, both carved and finished entirely by hand by Maestro Maurizio Carnevali.
The protagonist of this first low-relief, as its title suggests, is precisely the face of Leonardo da Vinci: architect, sculptor, scientist, designer, treatise, set designer, anatomist, musician, designer and inventor, Leonardo is still considered one of the greatest geniuses of humanity, both for the revolution of the figurative arts and the history of thought and science. In addition to the famous works described in the other low relief dedicated to him, including Il Cenacolo and the Vitruvian Man, Leonardo is remembered for other important masterpieces such as La Gioconda, The Last Supper, The Annunciation, The Virgin of the Rocks and La Dama with an ermine.
