The Book of Hours of the Weaver Virgen

It is a Book of Hours, or a collection of prayers put together for use by the faithful, which incorporates the refined French style of the fifteenth century because of its incredible miniatures, which perfectly reflect those of the original code, dated about 1452. The work was carried out with extreme attention to detail, especially with regard to illustrations and miniatures; the pigments, moreover, are perfectly purified thanks to an excellent artisan technique.

The original code (Inv. 15452) is kept at the Lázaro Galdiano Foundation (Madrid, Spain).
